Planning can be tedious & overwhelming. After a few weeks of planning—you just want to ENJOY your little one’s special day. That’s where we come in. The Event Cart provides a craft station, entertainment, and thank-you gifts—all in one!
We take care of these three major party essentials so you can relax and enjoy the memories. Your guests will be buzzing about The Event Cart long after the party ends!
Meet Alyson!
I’m a mom of five who absolutely loves planning every detail of themed parties—from the decorations to the food and, of course, the crafts! After years of planning intricate celebrations, I created The Event Cart to bring stress-free FUN to your child’s party.

Choose Your Event Cart
Mobile Party Craft Station Options
Event Cart rental experiences provide you with a minimum of one hour of entertainment, allowing each kid to customize and craft their own project. Choose from our current cart projects:

The Slime Cart
Each listed guest creates & customizes their own 6 oz slime with:
- Choice of 2 slimes of two texture options (clear or butter) and various color options
- Sensory add-ins (boba beads, jelly cubes, foam balls, or fishbowl beads)
- 6 assorted design beads (matched to your theme when possible)
- Scent, glitter, and a charm for more personal touches!
Includes custom thank-you bags for easy transport!

The Sensory Bin Cart
Each listed guest designs their own sensory bin with:
- 6″ x 7″ plastic bin and lid
- 2 colors of kinetic sand
(choices: green, pink, blue, purple, or plain sand) - 2 colors of colored chickpeas
- 3 mini plastic figurines (animals, characters, etc.)
- Accessories like gems, coins, mini trees, or rocks
- Choice of sensory tool (tweezers, shovel, or rake)
- Mini sandcastle mold
- One silicone cup of your choice
Includes custom thank-you bags for easy transport!

The Tumbler Cart
Each listed guest personalizes their own 30 oz tumbler with:
- Colored straw of choice and straw cover
- Tumbler fanny pack with personalized chenille letter
- Silicone boot
PLUS 4 additional stickers to keep or add to tumbler
Involves sit-down time for adding stickers.
Includes custom thank-you bags for easy transport!

The Vehicle Cart*
Each listed guest paints and customizes a model toy vehicle, including:
- Choice of wooden sailboat, derby car, or plane
- Sheet of decals
- 2-3 paint colors
- Gems or studs
Involves sit-down time for painting & adding decals.
Includes custom thank-you bags for easy transport!

The Event Cart
Policies & Booking Details
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your date.
- Final Payment: Due one week before the event (non-refundable at that point).
- Cancellations: If you cancel more than two weeks in advance, you’ll forfeit your deposit but won’t owe the remaining balance. If canceling within two weeks, full payment is required.

How The Event Cart Works

Booking Request
Fill out our simple form to start the booking process! We’ll gather details like event theme and guest count, dates and times, and any special customizations to make your experience unforgettable. We’ll check availability and reach out to finalize details. If needed, we’ll schedule a quick call to go over everything!

Lock In Your Date
Once we’ve confirmed your event date and time, we’ll send an invoice for the deposit. For themed events, we prefer a 30-day notice to ensure we have time to gather all the perfect materials. Need a final planning call or Zoom meeting? We’re happy to go over any last-minute details!

Final Headcount & Payment
We’ll request a final headcount so every guest gets a personalized experience. Final payment is due one week before the event (non-refundable at that point).

Event Day!
We’ll arrive at a time that fits your party schedule, whether you want the activity as an icebreaker, a mid-party highlight, or a fun closing event. From setup to cleanup, we handle the fun—you enjoy the party!
